TERMS OF PURCHASE FROM THE POINT OF SALE

By using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Purchase (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) and you agree to be bound by them, as well as by all other applicable laws and regulations. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use this website.

Caribic Pizza may amend these Terms of Purchase at any time by making changes to this text. You should visit this page from time to time and check the updated Terms, as you are legally bound by them. Certain provisions of these Terms may be superseded by explicit legal acts or notices posted on other pages of this website.

User Privacy Protection

On behalf of Caribic Pizza, we are committed to protecting the privacy of all our customers. We collect only the necessary, basic information about customers/users and the data required for business operations and informing users, in accordance with good business practices and with the aim of providing quality service. We give customers the option of choice, including the decision whether or not they wish to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All information about customers/users is strictly safeguarded and available only to employees who need such data in order to perform their work. All Caribic Pizza employees (as well as business partners) are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

PROTECTION OF CONFIDENTIAL TRANSACTION DATA

When entering payment card details, confidential information is transmitted through a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI system, which are currently the most advanced cryptographic technologies.

The security of data during purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank’s pages. At no point are the payment card details accessible to our system.

REFUNDS

In the case of returning goods and refunding the customer who has previously paid by one of the payment cards, whether partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for return, Caribic Pizza is obliged to process refunds exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, Dina, Amex, and Maestro payment methods. This means that the bank, at the seller’s request, will refund the funds to the account of the cardholder.

Unless otherwise indicated elsewhere on this Site, all content may be viewed, copied, printed, or downloaded solely for personal, non-commercial use and for informational purposes, provided that all copyright notices or other proprietary information contained in the original document are retained in all copies. Unless explicitly stated otherwise here or on another page of this Site, nothing contained herein, whether expressly, implicitly, through waiver, or otherwise, grants you the right to use any part of the intellectual property found on the Site.

INFORMATION

All materials, feedback, or other types of information you provide to this Site or to Caribic Pizza regarding this site ('Information') will not be considered confidential or proprietary. Caribic Pizza will be the exclusive owner of all information collected on the Site or in connection with it. Caribic Pizza has no obligations with respect to such information and is free to use it without restriction for any purpose (such as use, reproduction, modification, publication, (re)distribution, public display, etc.) and without attribution.

You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from the Site any unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or other materials that violate any laws.

DELIVERY TERMS - GOODS DELIVERY

DELIVERY TIME

After confirmation, the order enters processing status. After processing the order, you will be notified of your order status.

From that moment, the delivery time begins as specified when ordering.

RECEIVING SHIPMENT

Our delivery personnel or external courier service delivers shipments to the delivery address between 09:00 and 23:00. Please ensure that someone is available at the address during this period to receive the shipment. Upon receiving the shipment, you need to visually inspect the order/products to ensure there are no visible damages. If you notice significant damage to the transport box and suspect the product may be damaged, refuse to accept the shipment and immediately notify us by calling +381 66 212 130 or emailing office@caribic.rs. If the shipment appears undamaged, you can freely accept the shipment from the delivery person/courier. It is common practice for the delivery person/courier to call the phone number provided during the order if they cannot find you at the address. If they still cannot find you, the order will be returned to us.

29 minutes or free

The minimum order value for delivery is 800 dinars, and for the '29 minutes or free' rule it is 1000 dinars. The '29 minutes or free' rule applies to all pizzas, up to two pizzas that are not on promotion, and it is valid until 2 AM. Due to external circumstances, delivery time may exceed 29 minutes. Thank you for your understanding.

Free Capricciosa on Mondays!

Every Monday, with a delivery order placed through the mobile app, we give you a 27 cm Capricciosa completely free.

The promotion starts every Monday at 10:00 and runs until 1:00 AM after midnight on the following day.

COMPLAINTS

COMPLAINTS ABOUT DAMAGE IN TRANSPORT

It is very important to report any transport damage visible on the product packaging immediately to the courier who delivers the goods. Any transport damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

If you notice such damage, do not sign for receipt of the shipment or ask the courier to wait while you check if the damage to the packaging has caused damage to the product or loss of parts. If the product is not damaged and all parts are present, sign for receipt of the shipment.

COMPLAINTS ABOUT DATA OR WRONG TYPE OF GOODS

If you receive a shipment and after opening the box find that the delivered goods do not match what was ordered or the invoice data is incorrect, please fill out the complaint form on the Complaints page within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. We will respond to the consumer's complaint as soon as possible and inform you of further steps. The deadline for resolving complaints is 15 days from the time of filing.

CONVERSION STATEMENT

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia - dinar (RSD). For informational purposes, prices in other currencies use the mid exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. The amount charged to your payment card will be expressed in your local currency through conversion at the rate used by card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price stated on our site.
